20 years after Apartheid has ended the euphoria fort the rainbow nation has disappeared. Negativ news dominate press and media. A pessimist judges a glass half empty an optimist prefers it half full. Concerning South Africa we are clearly commited to an optimistic point of view. South Africa has reached a lot during the last decades. This we can recognize in the cape wine industry as well. There are many young and coloured people who have searched and found their future within the wine industry. Either as winemaker and oenologe or as sommelier or sales and marketing specialist. And yes, the coloured wine farmers driven by passion and quality have arrived as well.
